FSES were engaged by Lipman on a Design and Construction GC21 contract to undertake to delivery of a new pathology facility, and external façade replacement.

The state-of-the-art facility consists of combined department workspaces, office, consult rooms, PC3 lab, and more.

Full Scope were required to deliver the following key deliverables on the project.

• Switchboards, mains cabling and integration into existing EMS system.
• Monitored emergency lighting system.
• ICT Services including fibre network to existing campus.
• Nextivity DAS system.
• Design finalization.
