Project Description:

Mainbrace Constructions were engaged by JLL to perform a major revamp of the Richmond Marketplace. The project included, new external facades, internal finishes, external dining area and concourse.

Full Scope Electrical were engaged to undertake the electrical portions of the project which, due to the nature of the project, were completed with respect to retail hours.

FSES Scope of Works;
– Design coordination and completion.
– Internal architectural lighting upgrades and installations.
– External architectural lighting, security and carpark lighting.
– Remedial works throughout the centre for tenancy leasing requirements.
