Full Scope was engaged by principal contractor Full Tilt Constructions under a Design & Construct contract to undertake the construction of 7-unit industrial estate in Penrith.

The project was developed on a green-field site in a newly developed industrial area, which meant the project included all works from in-ground services to fit-off and hand over.
