FSES were engaged by PBG to undertake a full D&C project for expansion of Gledswood Hills Public School. The design was completed to meet SINSW and EFSG requirements.

The project constructed 2x 3 level GLA Buildings, consisting of 20x learning spaces, common areas, and amenities.

Full Scope were required to deliver the following key deliverables on the project.

• EFSG compliant D&C lighting installation.
• Monitored Emergency Lighting.
• KNX Lighting Automation.
• DOE ICT structured cabling system.
• SSU approved security system.
• Dry Fire.
• Public Address.
• Hearing Augmentation.
• PV Solar Array.
