FSES were engaged on a Design and Construct basis to deliver 66x industrial units ranging in sizes. This project was a follow on project from the previous construction 36x units built in Punchbowl.

Each unit was prepared as warm shell, ready for tenant leasing arrangements.

The project included the following scope.

• MSB and consumers mains.
• DB’s and submains to each unit.
• Internal/external lighting.
• Power and comms within units.
• House power and services.
• Underground reticulation for power, mains and NBN services.
